DJ and television personality, JaKissa Taylor-Semple, is better known to fans as DJ KISS. Named one of the “25 Most Stylish New Yorkers” by Us Weekly Magazine, this globetrotting New York-based tastemaker has a passion for making people dance. Her talent, extensive musical knowledge, and personality have made Kiss one of the most in-demand DJs in the country.

DJ Kiss does it all. She’s spun private parties in Hollywood for the some of the world’s biggest celebrities including Madonna, Sean “Diddy” Combs, Naomi Campbell, and Jamie Foxx; headlined at some of the most exclusive clubs in the world; spun for a sold out New York Knicks crowd at Madison Square Garden; and added her signature sound to the hottest fashion, music, corporate, and charity events. Some of her clients include Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Alexander Wang, Tiffany & Co., Versace, Salvatore Ferragamo, Barney’s New York, Prada, Diane von Furstenberg, H&M, amFAR, MTV, Essence Magazine, GQ Magazine, US Weekly, Remy Martin, and Alize. A fixture on the nightlife scene since 2006, Kiss is currently a resident DJ at NYC hotspots such as Avenue and PH-D at The Dream Downtown, and regularly spins at clubs in cities abroad including Paris, London, St. Tropez, Athens, Istanbul, Barcelona, Mexico City, and Oslo.

Frequently tapped by media outlets for her vast musical knowledge, DJ Kiss has appeared on ABC’s “Good Morning America” for their 2012 Academy Awards Special, VH1’s “Big Morning Buzz Live” as a music expert, MTV’s “The Seven” as the resident DJ, and on NBC’s “The Today Show” giving host, Hoda Kotb, a deejay lesson.
