Must be 21 or older and possess valid ID. Winners must have a My Borgata Card. Winners responsible for state and federal taxes. Costume contest will begin approximately at 12:30am. Contestants must arrive by contest start time for consideration. Full and partial masks not permitted. Faces must be recognizable. Fake weapons or other objects which are dangerous/could be used as weapons are not permitted. Winners become ineligible for future Halloween costume contests taking place the same weekend at Borgata. Management has the right to refuse admission to anyone with a costume that is deemed offensive or in poor taste. Table service + overnight stay: prize is limited to one bottle and up to four guests. Must be used within three months. Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance. Cannot be used on holidays, holiday weekends, ticketed/special events or any blackout dates. Prize recipient and guests must be 21 or older and comply with venue’s dress code. Borgata is not responsible for lost or stolen prizes. Borgata associates are ineligible to participate. Management reserves the right to change or cancel. Borgata reminds you to party responsibly.
